We were honored to have John Mallett join us at the July 28th meeting to talk about malt. Fresh off a trip to the BWCA with his son we were entertained with a few stories of their time in northern Minnesota. If you ever have the opportunity to chat with John about malt or brewing in general you will walk away informed and probably laughing a bit.
