Learn From the Pros! Recipe development with Logan Hartpence
Help us welcome Logan Hartpence from East 40 Brewing as he walks us through the process of how a commercial brewery builds a new recipe. We’ll walk through the creative process, ingredient selection, and some math. After learning the basics, as a group we’ll collaborate with Logan and put what we’ve learned to the test to design a beer to be brewed on the East 40 system!

We will also be selecting as a club our three representatives for the One Beer Brewoff club competition. Make sure to sign up below if you have an English style you want to enter and have judged by the group!

Same as last month, anybody who brings in a homebrewed beverage will get a raffle ticket for some fun prizes at the meeting! If you don’t have any homebrew to bring, or just want some extra raffle tickets to help your chance of winning, we are selling extras for $1 a piece. Cash or Paypal accepted.
