DARK MILD: The Original Session Beer

JULY MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
Please join us on Friday, July 15 at the VFW Post 7397 in Lenexa for DARK MILD: The Original Session Beer. KCBM’s own Eric Martin will guide us through a deep dive into BJCP Category 13A: Dark Mild. He’ll provide a brief history of the style, talk through BJCP guidelines for this style, and discuss recipe basics. In addition, he’ll share an award-winning example AND a homebrewed example of the style.

We typically do this anonymously at first, and then the brewer will have the option to unveil or stay anonymous near the end of the process.
