No\, we won’t really be making beer out of brains (although somebody probably has)\, but we are going to pick everybody’s mind on common methods and techniques such as ‘Cold-Crashing’\, ‘First Wort Hopping’ and a dozen other subjects. Within our group is a library of brewing knowledge that if unleashed could make us all better brewers.
