DESCRIPTION:JUNE MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT\nPlease join us on Friday\, June 16th at the VFW Post 7397 in Lenexa to enjoy a special presentation “Knowledge is Power” hosted by Dann Searcy and Joe Rose.\nA spin-off of their previous presentation\, Dann and Joe will be hosting a fun\, fast-paced and educational game of brewer’s roulette. With a randomized list of dozens of brewing topics\, they’ll be prepared to cover everything from “Acetaldehyde” to “Zymurgists”.\n_____________________________________\nFull Meeting Schedule (Friday\, June 16th):\n\n6:30-7:00 Social Time\n7:00-7:45 Club Business\n7:45-8:00 Social Time\n8:00-9:00 Main Presentation – Knowledge is Power\n9:00-10:00 Social Time / Homebrew Evaluations\n\n_____________________________________\nHomebrew Evaluations:\nIf you have homebrew that you would like to have evaluated on a 1-on-1 basis by a BJCP judge at the meeting\, please bring an extra bottle or two to the meeting and ask Eric Martin or Jamye Buelke Naramore to pair you up with a BJCP judge to begin the evaluation process.\nIf you have homebrew that you would like evaluated by the group at the meeting\, please bring an extra growler (or at least 4 bottles) and track down Eric Martin or Jamye Buelke Naramore to work out the details. We typically do this anonymously at first\, and then the brewer will have the option to unveil or stay anonymous near the end of the process.\n_____________________________________\nBoulevardia Volunteers\nBoulevardia is looking for 4 to 6 volunteers to staff the brewer hospitality area on June 17th from 5:15 until 8:45 pm. Each volunteer receives entrance for them for that day – they are welcome to come early or stay for the music that goes until 11 pm. Volunteers also receive a complimentary ticket for someone else to use and a volunteer t-shirt.
