DESCRIPTION:August Meeting Announcement: Friday\, August 19 at AMIGONI Urban Winery.\nPlease join us on August 19th at Amigoni Urban Winery as we put a new twist on fermentation. Michael Amigoni will share his winemaking process which is focused on traditional European grape varietals. We will also learn about winemaking from grape to glass.\nAmigoni Urban Winery was established in 2006 when Michael Amigoni decided to take his home-winemaking hobby to the next level. After planting 40 Cabernet Franc vines in his backyard in Leawood\, Kansas\, he and his wife\, Kerry\, purchased land in Centerview\, Missouri\, so they could grow more varieties and supply other home winemakers and area wineries with grapes.\nWine will be available by the glass and bottles will be available for purchase.
