Recipe development with Logan Hartpence\nHelp us welcome Logan Hartpence from East 40 Brewing as he walks us through the process of how a commercial brewery builds a new recipe. We’ll walk through the creative process\, ingredient selection\, and some math. After learning the basics\, as a group we’ll collaborate with Logan and put what we’ve learned to the test to design a beer to be brewed on the East 40 system! \nWe will also be selecting as a club our three representatives for the One Beer Brewoff club competition.
